4. Accounts & Subscriptions
Some features—newsletters, courses, paid subscriptions—may require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us immediately of unauthorised use. All payments are processed by Stripe; prices and billing cycles are posted on the Site. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial periods.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—text, graphics, logos, videos, downloads, and code—is owned by or licensed to Recurence and protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view, download, and print content for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use requires our prior written consent.
6. Permitted & Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
• Copy, modify, or distribute Site content for commercial purposes.
• Use the Site in any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful way.
• Disrupt or interfere with security, servers, or networks.
• Upload malware, spam, or infringing material.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

If you post comments, upload files, or otherwise supply content (“User Content”), you grant Recurence a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the Site. You represent that you own or have rights to the User Content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

The Site may link to external sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any reason at our sole discretion.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Sheridan County, Wyoming, under the Rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party bears its own costs; the arbitrator may award fees to the prevailing party.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Recurence regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements or communications.
